The ICESNA Board of Directors have certified the results of the presidential election, with Dario Rosidi, Ph.D, PE, GE stepping up as the next ICESNA President, and Daniel Hutabarat, Ph.D., P.E. as the next ICESNA Vice President. Congratulations and looking forward to a great ICESNA 2023!

It is with great honor that we announce the elevation of our esteemed member, Wira Tjong, P.E., S.E., to the distinguished Fellow grade of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). This recognition reflects his outstanding record of professional achievement and stands as his dedication to making positive impact on the civil engineering community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Franciscus Hardianto, ASCE Fellow and ICESNA member, whose confirmation and recommendation were instrumental in this achievement. Wira Tjong graciously shares this honor with all ICESNA officers and members, acknowledging the collective spirit that continues to strengthen ICESNA. With profound gratitude, this recognition is celebrated as a collective triumph of our civil engineering fellowship.

We are excited to announce the election of Pasca Patta, Ph.D. and Efraim Mangiwa, P.E. to the Board of Directors at ICESNA. These talented professionals bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and fresh perspectives that will be invaluable as we continue to grow and strengthen our organization.

Congratulations to Prof. Oey Hong Sioe for the recognition as Professor Emeritus during the Honor Convocation event at the University of Texas at El Paso. Celebrating 50+ years of Prof. Oey Hong Sioe’s service and significant contributions to the Civil Engineering field, and making all Indonesian Civil Engineers proud!

Wira Tjong, P.E. S.E., Teddy S. Theryo, P.E. and Nani I. Setiawan will retire from the Board of Directors after years of dedication to ICESNA. However, they will continue to be part of our community as Advisors to the Board of Directors. Their expertise and strategic insights will remain a guiding force for our future endeavors.
